Q. What area do you cover for house removals?
Pronto are specialists in UK domestic furniture removals, business relocation and property storage, making local and long distance moving as painless as possible. With an office based in Lincolnshire, our service is national, so distance is no problem.

Q. Do you charge more for home removals in the London area?
A. We frequently remove in the London area but our charges are based on an hourly rate - the further we travel, the higher the cost. Our location makes us very competitive when compared with the prices many London home removal firms charge.

Q. Do you supply packing cases or boxes, so that I can do the packing?
A. No matter where you are moving from in mainland UK, we will gladly send you our carton pack for you to carry out your own packing. A carton pack consists of 10 flat pack cartons plus a 66 metre roll of 2" buff sealing tape; the pack costs £24.99, including delivery. Each carton measures 24" x 18" by 15" high. Q. If I decide to do my own packing, do you have any good tips?
A. Wrap fragile items carefully, do not over pack cartons and make sure that packing cases are strong enough to hold the weight of the contents. Label each one clearly with the room destination. If you leave enough time before the removal date, you will not be in a rush and can plan your packing, collecting boxes, wrapping and padding materials in good time. Our flat pack cartons are available mail order, if you are relocating from anywhere in mainland UK.

Q. If you transport and store my furniture, how safe is it?
A. Pronto supplies an experienced team to load, transport and unload household effects from your flat or house. They respect your property and are always very careful when moving furniture and valuables. Property is stored conventionally and our store has high security steel-clad doors and barred windows, with a security and fire alarm fitted.

Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. Yes. Pronto accepts all major credit and debit cards.

Q. Does Pronto offer any other services, apart from relocations?
A. The proprietors of Pronto home removals have diversified into other areas, which enables them to keep your costs down through the efficient use of their flexible labour force.
